    The Supervisor, Eviction focuses on the management of the team of Eviction Coordinators who track active, contested, aged, Cash for Keys, personal property, and exceptions on assets in the eviction process.



    • Oversees the team of coordinators who:
      • Track and monitor active files providing regular updates to management on eviction status.
      • Verify occupancy and conduct personal property eviction review.
      • Coordinate the cash for keys and eviction processes.
      • Update management on status of contested evictions.
      • Track and update management on status changes of challenged eviction files.
      • Report all escalated eviction matters to management.
      • Provide recommendations to management on resolution to challenged evictions.
      • Review assigned tasks in Pyramid Platform and complete in a timely manner for Eviction and Cash for Keys. Monitor tasks assigned to eviction attorneys and real estate agents and request they complete past due tasks. Notify management of attorneys and/or agents who consistently do not complete tasks timely.
      • Follow up on aged evictions and exceptions out of timeline.
      • Provide recommendations to management for procedural changes and improvements to gain efficiencies.
      • Follow up on all emails and phone calls within 24 hours of being received and ensure timely completion.
      • Collaborate with eviction attorneys and real estate agents daily pertaining to evictions and CFK’s and ensure tasks get completed in timeframe provided.
      • Process eviction invoices.
    • Works closely with senior management to identify areas of opportunity to improve and acts to drive change both procedurally and through automation
    • Helps promote team development and growth
    • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

    • General knowledge of laws and regulation as they pertain to REO eviction law and processes
    • Strong organizational skills and ability to remain flexible to meet constantly changing and sometimes opposing demands




    • High School Diploma required
    • Bachelor’s degree preferred
    • Five years’ experience working in real estate asset management or property management.
    • Supervisor experience a plus
    • Paralegal certificate/degree not required but preferred.
    • Real estate title and closing experience not required but a plus




    • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
