    The Business Analyst – Project Manager is involved in the development of a technology strategy for Rushmore IT Department.






    • Deliver business enablement programs in a Business Analyst – Project Manager capacity including those projects that stretch across all of Servicing.
    • Create Business Requirement Document (BRD) and Functional Requirement Document (FRD)
    • Create use cases and manage end to end testing
    • Planning and estimation
    • Adherence to an Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
    • Own and develop relationship with internal customers, working with them to optimize and enhance our systems
    • Help design, document and maintain system processes
    • Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the customer
    • Collaborate with internal IT customers to gather, analyze, and define business and functional requirements.
    • Prepare supporting business requirement artifacts as appropriate such as process flow diagrams, wire frames and report mockups.
    • Perform analysis of complex data sources and create specification for data mapping and reports
    • Translate and simplify requirements for application integrations or customizations.
    • Act as a liaison between business users and external contractors to interpret functional requirements and ensure they are addressed throughout all phases of the project.
    • Prepare training plans, release notes, customer announcements, and other internal job aids to facilitate successful product deployments
    • Work with other departments on projects from inception to completion, compile on-going status reports to involved parties (manage the project)
    • Test new systems/modifications prior to implementation / go live.
    • Work with limited oversight and guidance to move assigned tasks forward
    • Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned






    • Experience in projects with complex project requirements and business enablement deliveries on multi-asset products
    • Communication skills with experience of working with multiple technical teams and business stakeholders
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, articulation of concepts is key
    • Proven analytical ability to solve complex issues
    • Ability to create clarity in ambiguous situations against a deadline



    • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
    • High School Diploma required
    • 3+ years Program Management experience
    • 3+ years Business Analysis experience
    • Mortgage servicing experience required



    • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (PPT, Visio, Excel, Word, Outlook)
