    Overview

     

    POSITION SUMMARY:

    The Mortgage Servicing System Administrator is responsible for the overall successful security administration of BKFS and related systems.

    Responsibilities

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Administrates all Servicing System Security for Black Knight applications: MSP/ePortal, Director, Passport, CustomerCareNet, LoanSphere Web Direct, and Black Knight Client Support Website, including print vendor’s portal
    • Maintains user ids for servicing system applications (adding, changing, and terminating users as directed)
    • Assists the Operations Manager with conducting access reviews with all business owners to verify roles and privileges defined are commensurate with job functions
    • Reviews and analyzes the report on BKFS Powercell support tickets to ensure that all submitted requests are responded to within established service level agreements
    • Ensures that all service requests are resolved and that completion timeframes going beyond service level agreements are communicated to the requestor
    • Communicates any day-to-day operational issues with BKFS arising from the different functional areas of servicing
    • Creates/requests Passport queries as needed
    • Monitors daily MSP reports in the Pentagon MSP Report
    • Organizes, facilitate and channel information between the IT Department and Loan Servicing
    • Manages content and definitions of the Director, CustomerCareNet, and Web Direct applications
    • Assists with completion of seasonal projects directly related to Servicing operations
    • Responds to users requests for process improvement, system enhancement and inquiries regarding servicing system applications
    • Assists with implementation of projects that meet business units needs
    • Perform other duties as assigned or required

     

     

     

     

    Qualifications

    ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

    • Effective decision making skills and sound judgment
    • Excellent analytical / interpersonal / written and oral communication skills
    • Strong organizational and follow-through skills
    • Ability to prioritize and meet close deadlines

     

    EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

    • High School Diploma required
    • Bachelor's Degree preferred
    • Mortgage industry related experience is desired

     

    MACHINES, OFFICE EQUIPMENT & SOFTWARE:

    • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications specifically Word, Excel and Outlook
    • Experience with Windows-based software
    • Solid experience with Black Knight Mortgage Servicing Systems is desired
