    The Forms Management/Service Provider Oversight Manager is responsible for working with management and the business to implement controls in accordance with regulatory, state and federal guidelines within required timeframes. Responsible for the forms management and service provider oversight functions.



    • Understand and recognize when change requests / improvement efforts must adhere to change management protocol and approval; work with the business unit management and the Manager, Change Management to ensure changes are directed through change management process and documentation includes necessary approvals and testing validation prior to implementation
    • Manage daily operations of forms function from intake through testing/validation
    • Continuously improve the forms management function and process including forms inventory, maintenance, and version control
    • Support various audits by validating and providing requested documents
    • Work with Compliance to ensure documents and disclosures meet required state and federal guidelines
    • Work closely with both Systems and Print Vendor to ensure timely release of final documents into production
    • Work with business unit management to ensure the business effectively manages service provider relationships
    • Ensure the business maintains regular communication (meetings) with service providers to review procedures, training, complaints and service levels.
    • Represent the business and interface with vendor management with regard to service provider oversight and controls.
    • Ensure business and service provider controls are in place, yield accurate and satisfactory results, and meet regulatory guidelines.
    • Other projects/tasks as assigned.

    • High School Diploma required
    • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
    • Ten(+) years in the mortgage industry with servicing knowledge
    • Understanding of compliance and regulations; CFPB knowledge desired
    • Advanced MSP (OLLW) knowledge required
    • Systems/business analysis exposure desired





    • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Access, Word, Visio, etc.) in the creation of spreadsheets, databases and various word processing formats and document templates.
