    The Analyst I - Transaction Management is responsible for supporting Capital Markets Operations with the acquisition, sale, and securitization of whole loan, REO, and MSR assets. The functions of this position include assisting diligence and assessment of collateral documentation through aggregation of data and documentation received via sellers, buyers, and third party vendors to resolve collateral related exceptions while supporting overall transaction experience.



    • Supports Transaction Management in the day-to-day workflow in conjunction with the acquisition, sale, and securitization of residential mortgage whole loans, REO’s, and MSR’s.
    • Assists in the inventory and reconciliation of data and documentation provided by sellers, buyers, and third party vendors.
    • Participates in the support of third party vendor reviews, including confirming vendor bandwidth, coordinating delivery of applicable data and images, as well as monitoring vendor delivery timelines.
    • Assists in image recovery to supplement various review components as well as internal and external image requests
    • Contributes to the effort of tracking and resolving open collateral exceptions as it pertains to meeting critical collateral documentation requirements as it relates servicing, compliance, title, or other applicable risk factors.
    • Assists Transaction Management in the general risk assessment related to an assigned diligence task or third party order.
    • Communicates daily findings of outstanding deliverables and completed progress
    • Completes assigned training classes timely with passing grade.
    • Promotes a professional image for RMC through all interactions with vendors, servicers, and other applicable parties.
    • Meets both short term and long-term goals as defined by management.
    • Other duties as assigned





    • Ability to work in a high pressure and fast-paced environment with constantly varying and competing priorities.
    • Ability to work multiple projects concurrently.
    • Ability to provide effective feedback with limited preparation
    • Strong oral/written communication skills with confidence to interact with all levels of staff and management.
    • Aptitude to review and measure collateral legal documents, including notes and mortgages.
    • Ability to apply prior experiences, training, and support to future efforts.
    • Proficient with MS Excel, including ability to compare reports/data from variety of locations and sources.
    • Must be able to accept ownership of related duties and their applicable outcomes.
    • Aptitude and confidence to independently make sound decisions and judgments.



    • Bachelor’s Degree required 



    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
    • Ability to utilize Internet resources for public records and industry research
