    Overview

     

    POSITION SUMMARY:

    The Pre-Foreclosure Coordinator is responsible for the production of pre-foreclosure notices and foreclosure review packages. This includes managing the production of pre-foreclosure letters, certification of the accuracy and integrity of documents required for referral, and packaging documents for foreclosure review and referral.

    Responsibilities

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

     

    • Prepares and/or manages the production of pre-foreclosure letters
    • Reviews and certifies documents required for foreclosure referral
    • Reviews collateral audit exceptions
    • Prepares foreclosure referral packages
    • Updates CTS, as required
    • Tracks data and produces reports
    • Performs other tasks as required by management
    • Maintains confidentiality of all organizational records
    • Performs all other duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

     

    • Assertive and able to make decisions independently
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Detail orientation with strong organizational skills.
    • Strong creative problem solving skills and results orientation

     

    EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

     

    • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
    • High School Diploma required
    • 1 (+) year consumer mortgage foreclosure experience preferred

     

    MACHINES, OFFICE EQUIPMENT & SOFTWARE:

     

    • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
    • Working knowledge of MERS, LPS desktop, and MSP preferred
