    Overview

    POSITION SUMMARY:

    The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting a wide array of marketing areas for both internal and external constituencies.     Responsibilities

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

     

    • Coordinate activities for multiple Marketing Channels
    • Support corporate and brand marketing day-to-day operations including campaigns, major projects, and promotional needs
    • Work cross functionally to manage and coordinate various events across all locations
    • Create graphics for internal and external use based on content and creative direction provided
    • Design and distribute quarterly employee newsletter
    • Manage all marketing materials, equipment, and inventory
    • Conduct satisfaction surveys, including assessing and reporting to management the feedback given
    • Perform other duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Comfortable and proficient in Adobe Creative Suite Software and MS Office
    • Conceptual, creative thinker
    • Demonstrated ability to manage projects and multitask
    • Able to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
    • Pro-active, flexible and adaptable to change
    • Accuracy and deep attention to detail; highly organized
    • Strong teamwork and relationship-building skill

     

    EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

    • BS or BBA in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field required
    • 1-3 year’s Marketing experience

     

    MACHINES, OFFICE EQUIPMENT & SOFTWARE:

    • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
    • Experienced in Graphic Design(Adobe Creative Suite) software
    • Experience in Direct Marketing a plus
    • Experience with internet marketing preferred
