    Overview

     

    POSITION SUMMARY:

    The Social Media and Brand Administrator is responsible for executing Rushmore’s social media initiatives by developing and maintaining processes focused on project tracking, reporting dashboards, and ongoing monitoring of social media channels. This position will also be responsible for supporting the company brand through brand standards, governance, policies and procedures and internal/external brand initiatives, both online and offline.

    Responsibilities

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Audit employee compliance for adherence to company policies, procedures and guidelines of social media expectations
    • Monitor social media channels daily assessing compliance company policy; create and maintain dashboards
    • Document reputational risks and escalate to AVP of Marketing
    • Partnering with Marketing team members, maintain social media calendar to ensure overarching coordination and cadence.
    • Create and manage all policies & procedures for the Marketing department
    • Manage key vendor relationships adhering to Vendor Management expectations and controls
    • Project manager for key enterprise campaign activations
    • Partner with AVP in creation of brand standards
    • Manage brand governance, both online and offline
    • Partnering with various members of the Marketing team, execute internal and external brand initiatives
    • Provide assistance to team members as needed
    • Other duties as assigned

     

     

    Qualifications

     

     

    ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

    • Expertise in social media platforms
    • Ability to identify reputational risk
    • Command of best practices and trends in social media marketing
    • Experience with Hootsuite or similar programs
    • Project management skills
    • Attention to detail
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Collaborative spirit
    • Excellent time-management and organizational skills
    • Solid writing and proofreading skills

     

    EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: 

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field required
    • Minimum 3-years Social Media and Brand Marketing Experience
    • Knowledge of mortgage industry/financial services a plus

     

     MACHINES, OFFICE EQUIPMENT & SOFTWARE:

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
    • Proficiency in MS Office and WordPress or other Content Management Software
    • Knowledge of social media scheduling tools
