    The Talent Acquisition Recruiter performs full life-cycle recruiting and maintains excellent relations with hiring managers/candidates. Sources and delivers high quality candidates for all positions within the organization in an efficient and effective manner.



    • Develop passive candidate pipelines through name generation, networking, cold calling, complex internet searches and research
    • Effectively build talent communities through various channels; Social Media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Blogs)
    • Proactively research and evaluate new sourcing and research ideas and methods to create innovative sourcing strategies
    • Develop influential relationships with the client groups, ensuring that recruitment is integrated into the business unit
    • Manage relations across businesses and Talent Acquisition teams, establish ongoing relationships with hiring managers in order to understand their business and recruitment needs and fill their open positions in a timely manner
    • Drive operational excellence and compliance and set high recruitment standards. Propose diversity strategies to attract a diverse workforce to the company
    • Maintain reports and HR metrics to ensure accurate candidate tracking and hiring information
    • Work closely with members of the human resources and learning and development teams to assist in the smooth transition of all candidates
    • Ensure exceptional candidate experience through timely follow up, comprehensive communication and high touch process during the interview, hiring and on-boarding process
    • May be asked to provide training and educational services to hiring managers with respect to recruitment strategies and processes for the organization
    • Will work closely with managers and members of support departments with implementing and executing job fairs and other hiring strategies identified by the company
    • Perform data entry functions into recruitment systems of record
    • Perform all other duties as needed



    • Knowledge of the fundamentals of recruiting from start to finish
    • Ability to work in a face-paced, evolving environment
    • Establish and maintain relationships with key level executives
    • Ability to multitask, be highly organized and detail oriented
    • Strong written/verbal communication skills with polished ability to articulate business ideas
    • Desire for personal and professional development with high receptivity to feedback and guidance

    • Strong customer focus, and the ability to managing both client and candidate relationships
    • Excellent customer service skill




    • High School Diploma required
    • Bachelor's Degree preferred
    • Five (+) years of experience as a full life-cycle corporate recruiter
    • PHR certification preferred



    • Jobvite, ICIMS, Taleo or related applicant tracking experience
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
    • Experience with Windows-based software
