- Understanding related to the servicing of non-performing residential loans is a plus
- Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast paced environment

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
MACHINES, OFFICE EQUIPMENT & SOFTWARE:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications required (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint and Visio)
- Understanding of Oracle and SQL databases
- Intermediate/Advanced skills in SQL
- Proficient with spreadsheet and database software/applications
- Understands Internet, Intranet, Extranet and client/server architectures
