Overview

 

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Modification Processor will be responsible for ensuring modification administration tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner as well as ensuring proper oversight of assigned pipeline functions.

Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Processing of the modification letters and document receipts including system updates, proper routing and recording of actions taken in accordance with established department instructions
  • Updates all assigned stip plan tracking requirements; maintaining proper documentation of reports / notices handled, in a timely manner
  • Responds to ARS and HRC inquiries and updates appropriate system immediately following with action taken
  • Enter accurate data into the designated system completing all required steps
  • Processing of appeal closeouts and implements workflow movement on denial
  • Primary point of contact for HHF submissions and remittances including all procedural reporting and updates
  • Manage inflight research and system updates as directed by Management
  • Perform closing and related functions as needed
  • Owner of all assigned tasks from start to finish making sure tasks are completed if passed on to another team member
  • Handles transitional requirements for HAMP denial to Proprietary decisions in ReaLM deal movement
  • Controls all collateral distribution including meeting safe handling standards
  • Generates production reports on a least weekly basis and presents to Management
  • Performs all other duties as assigned

Qualifications

 

 

ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • High School Dipoma required
  • Experience with origination closing documentation or modification documentation
  • Familiarity with HAMP guides, and procedures
  • NMLS Licensing
  • Servicing experience, especially delinquent assets
  • Knowledge of FDCPA regulations

 

 

MACHINES, OFFICE EQUIPMENT & SOFTWARE:

 

  • PC computer with Windows operating system, facsimile, scanner, and photocopier
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications ( Excel Spreadsheet creation)
