Overview

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Valuation Processor is responsible to perform valuations processing functions related to valuation orders and fulfillment of the orders for RLMS servicing operations.

Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Process new valuation requests as needed for the following requests: investor updates, task/event driven BPO orders and FC BPO ordering.
  • Daily monitoring and follow up on outstanding and past due orders.  
  • Handling correspondence and requests for valuation service providers.
  • Following up with property preservation vendors or Loss Mitigation Account Resolution Specialists (ARSs) to cure access issues.
  • Locating and providing documents for internal use and for outside valuation service providers.
  • Assist in updating and development of department policies and procedures as it relates to BPO ordering and processing.      
  • Perform other duties as assigned or required.

Qualifications

ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

 

  • Strong oral and written communication skills with excellent time management and organization abilities are necessary
  • Desires to work in a high-pressure, fast paced environment
  • Demonstrate sound judgment and decision making
  • Self-motivation required for accomplishing goal/project oriented work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to effectively interact and communicate with management, peers, and third party vendors
  • Capable to work, anticipate, and adopt tactics in a changing business environment with multiple priorities

 

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

  • High School Diploma required
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred  

 

 

MACHINES, OFFICE EQUIPMENT & SOFTWARE:

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
  • Proficient with spreadsheet and database software/applications
  • Understands Internet, Intranet and client/server data sites
