EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university.
- Minimum 10 years mortgage origination experience.
- Working knowledge of Underwriting, Funding, Docs and Loan Setup.
- Strong analytic, root cause identification, problem solving and decision making abilities.
- Ability to design workflows and make adjustments based on volume.
- Detail-oriented, enjoy working with complex projects, and have excellent multi-tasking skills.
- Commitment to task; ability to start and persist with specific courses of action while exhibiting. high motivation and a sense of urgency.
- Strong organizational skills with proven ability to independently prioritize activities.
- Strong leadership ability to influence the actions and opinions of others; to exhibit judgment in leading others to desired objectives.
- Proven ability to develop strong working relationships and establish a high level of credibility across functional lines of business and organizational levels.
- Understand financial realities of the business and know how to operate within a budget.
- Technical knowledge to oversee operations and related loan origination systems etc.
