The AVP of Flow & Servicing Transaction Management is responsible for supporting Loan Administration during the acquisition stage for both bulk and flow business in coordination with Business Development, Client Relations, and Servicing Operations.




  • Provide an exemplary level of service to clients and business units related to loan acquisitions, servicing transfers and releases, and securitization efforts of real estate assets.
  • Work with Client Relations and Capital Markets to on-board new clients once program is developed
    • Assist Legal, Finance and Operations on Servicing Agreements, as needed.
  • Act as the client advocate within the servicing organization; ensure that all contractual obligations are being met; manage client expectations and maintain strong relationships, ensuring client satisfaction
  • Coordinate with prospective clients, Acquisitions Team, and other servicing functions to effect the day to day servicing of loans acquired through flow arrangements, including loan boarding, interim servicing and service release
  • Oversee and manage existing flow relationships from a loan servicing perspective
  • Monitor pools and loans acquired through bulk and flow transactions to ensure timelines are met and errors are minimized
  • Develop and prepare reconciliations to ensure flow loans are on- and off-boarded accurately and timely.
  • Maintain constant, constructive communications with clients and proactively work to resolve real and potential issues and provide superior levels of customer service.
  • Develop and prepare internal reporting such as tracking the Client’s weekly updates, creating scorecard templates and KPIs, and manage new reporting needs to increase departmental productivity.
  • Assist Client / Acquisitions Team reconcile final data report prior to loan boarding
  • Ensure effective on-boarding of new clients and first-time transfers including system demos onsite or WebEx, Collateral/Custodian arrangements, reporting requirements/data feed, assisting with new loan boarding audit, and other activities that relate to asset transfers
  • Project Management (planning, implementation and execution)
  • Special projects are assigned by Senior Management including coordination of ongoing surveillance reports, due diligence and similar examination-type activities
  • All other duties as needed



  • Ability to take action in solving problems while exhibiting judgment and a realistic understanding of issues
  • A can-do attitude is a must, along with the ability to learn quickly and adapt to a demanding and changing work environment.
  • Ability to work in a high pressure, fast paced environment
  • At least five (5) years relevant experience in residential mortgage servicing, or capital markets.
  • Excellent time management, organizational and overall project management skills are a must
  • Must be a hardworking, trustworthy, and organized person, with a strong ability to multi-task
  • Must be familiar with trade level and loan level documents
  • Must display strong interpersonal skills
  • Ownership, integrity, strong customer service orientation, negotiation and sales skills
  • Self-motivated and works with minimal supervision
  • Strong analytical and data skills
  • Superior oral and written communication skills



  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • High School Diploma required and a combination of education and experience that provides the necessary skills and knowledge to satisfactorily perform the essential job functions
  • 5 plus years’ experience in mortgage servicing including experience in asset/portfolio management, collections, loss mitigation, foreclosure, bankruptcy, and REO




  • Experience working with LPS/ MSP system preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Excel and Access a must)
